The method for producing the interior material integrated with the skin comprises the following steps: a step of interlacing a laminated mat of a first fiber mat composed of a fiber material of a first synthetic resin and a vegetable fiber material with a second fiber mat located on the first fiber mat and composed of a fiber material of a second synthetic resin having bad compatibility with the first synthetic resin and providing a fiber polymer, a step of heating the fiber material of the first synthetic resin and the fiber material of the second synthetic resin of the fiber polymer so as to melt and a step of placing the skin having a layer of a third synthetic resin having compatibility with the second synthetic resin on the heated fiber polymer and pressing the skin against the heated fiber polymer.
