Title:
BIODEGRADABLE NONWOVEN FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3489900
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve heat resistance and operation efficiency in production by constituting nonwoven fabric from yarn obtained by making a biodegradable polymer into a concentric three-layer structure and thermally bonding the nonwoven fabric between the yarns.
CONSTITUTION: This biodegradable nonwoven fabric is obtained by constituting nonwoven fabric of yarn produced by making a polybutylene succinate alone or a copolymer of the polybutylene succinate and a polyethylene succinate, etc., into three layers in a concentric state and thermally bonding the nonwoven fabric between the yarns partially. The physical characteristics of the yarn are controlled by the inner and outer layers and the biodegradability is regulated by the middle layer.
