Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing a hydrochloric acid-dissolved solution enough in platinum group elements other than ruthenium even in the case relatively many rutheniums are temporarily included in a raw material.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a platinum group salt acid-dissolved solution comprising: a first step where potassium chloride and an alkali solution are added to a raw material-dissolved solution containing ruthenium and platinum group elements other than that to precipitate the platinum group elements as a platinum group potassium salt; a second step where the platinum group potassium salt is cleaned with diluted hydrochloric acid; a third step where the cleaning-finished platinum potassium salt is subjected to neutralization treatment in an alkali region to generate neutralized precipitates, and thereafter, separation is performed into the neutralized precipitates and a neutralization-treatment liquid by solid-liquid separation; a fourth step where the neutralized precipitates are subjected to leach treatment, and thereafter, the leach residue is recovered; and a fifth step where the leach residue is dissolved into hydrochloric acid to obtain a platinum group salt acid-dissolved solution, in which the neutralization-treatment liquid separated in the third step is used as the alkali solution in the first step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
