Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing a polymerizable composition having desired filler density by kneading a powdery filler and a liquid monomer.SOLUTION: The method of producing the polymerizable composition includes: a first casting step of casting the powdery filler and the liquid monomer into a first stirring vessel; a first kneading step of kneading the monomer and filler by automatically rotating the stirring blades of the stirring vessel to obtain a kneaded base material for dilution; a second casting step of recovering the base material obtained through the first kneading step from the first stirring vessel and then casting the base material and liquid monomer requirement into a second stirring vessel; and a second kneading step of automatically rotating and revolving the second stirring vessel for stirring, thereby obtaining a kneaded material having the desired filler density.
