To provide a production technique for a potato drink excellent in flavor and nutrient, eliminating fouling to be a problem when separating solid component and liquid component in a production of the drink which contains potatoes as the main raw material, and after that, preventing quality lowering caused by occurrence of precipitation.
This method for producing the potato drink which contains potatoes as the main raw material comprises a gelatinizing process of gelatinizing starch in potatoes, a process of preparing a saccharified undiluted solution through adding water to the gelatinized starch, a saccharifying process of saccharifying the starch through adding 90-270 units/g of amylase and 0.6-3.6 unit(s)/g of pectinase to the total amount of the saccharified undiluted solution, and a filtering process of filtering the saccharified solution.
