Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a resin composition by which a thick film can be formed while keeping the viscosity of the resin composition containing a polyimide based resin low.
The method of producing the resin composition includes at least: a step (a) of dissolving the polyimide based resin having ≤2.0 wt.% moisture percentage in a solvent; and a step (b) of adding water in the solvent or the solution or liquid mixture of the polyimide based resin.
