Abstract:

To provide a method for producing sausage, capable of efficiently producing sausage having beautiful coloring and excellent palate feeling, and to provide the sausage obtained by the method.

This method for producing the sausage comprises filling meat ingredient having meat as the main raw material in natural bowels colored with a red pigment, a brown pigment and their mixture, or steaming the product with a steamer.
