To provide a method which can prevent formation of balls of a polymer or agglomeration of a solid particle in an all-purpose stirring vessel and, in addition, in a simple process to efficiently produce a solid particle dispersed polymer solution.
The method of producing a solid particle dispersed polymer solution comprises mixing a dispersion medium with a solid particle to prepare a dispersion and mixing the dispersion with a polymer to swell and dissolve the polymer when the contact angle between the solid particle and the dispersion medium is ≤45° or mixing the dispersion medium with the polymer, swelling and dissolving the polymer to prepare a polymer solution, and mixing the polymer solution with the solid particle to disperse the solid particle when the contact angle between the solid particle and the dispersion medium is >45°.
