To provide a method for easily producing a textile material including a felt-quality part, enabling the laundry by a houshold washing machine, having no seam or no adhesive mark (trace) because of using no sewing thread or no adhesive when joining different materials to each other, saving the resource, and being environment friendly.

The method for producing the textile material including the felt-quality part includes: sleaving the fibers at the edge terminals becoming each joining part or covering the edge terminals becoming each joining part or the whole different materials with floss silk, cotton or raw hair, putting raw hair thereon, pouring hot water containing a surfactant at 70-100C thereon, forming the felt-quality part by kneading the sleaved fiber or the floss silk or the raw hair with the raw hair, washing out the surfactant, and dewatering and drying the product when joining the different materials to each other. In the kneading step, the kneading pressure is preferably 10-50 kg/m2.
