Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a thermoelectric material capable of dissolving a dopant efficiently.SOLUTION: A method of producing a thermoelectric material has a step of preparing a dopant-containing solution where a salt containing a dopant is dissolved into an organic solvent, a step of preparing a mixture where a MgSiGe(0≤x<1) powder is mixed into the dopant-containing solution, a step for preparing a dry powder by drying the mixture in an inert gas, and a step of heating the dry powder at a temperature of the melting point of the dopant or more, in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
