Abstract:
To provide a simple method for producing a high-density three-dimensional cell structure having a uniform diameter.
The method for producing a three-dimensional cell structure includes a process (A) for concentrating and separating a cell population having a survival rate of 70% by a density gradient centrifugation method, a process (B) for seeding the cell population obtained by the process (A) on a substrate having a small region with an effective bottom area of 0.01-0.1 mm2 and a process (C) for culturing the cell seeded by the process (B).
