Abstract:
To provide an expression vector for producing a transgenic organism to which an Laptm5 gene is transferred, a transgenic organism to which an Laptm5 gene is transferred and a method for producing the same.
The expression vector comprises a promoter that reduces Laptm5 gene expression intensity to 1/500 and 1/50 of the intensity in comparison with a CAG promoter and an Laptm5 gene. The method for producing a transgenic organism to which an Laptm5 gene is transferred includes using the vector.
