Abstract:
To provide a toner excellent in prevention of filming to a photoreceptor drum and in toner aggregation resistance.
A method of producing toner includes the steps of: melting and kneading a toner material mixture containing at least a binder resin, which consists of a crystalline polyester resin and an amorphous polyester resin, and a coloring agent, to form a molten kneaded material; rolling the molten kneaded material to form a softened thin plate shape kneaded material; cooling and solidifying the thin plate shape kneaded material to form a kneaded solid material; and crushing the kneaded solid material to form a crushed material.
