Abstract:
To provide a method for accurately quantifying the nuclear migration level of a nucleic acid transferred into a cell.
The method comprises (a) the step of fractionating a nuclear fraction from a cell transferred with a cationic conjugate comprising the objective nucleic acid and a cationic substance, (b) the step of washing the nuclear fraction fractionated in the step(a) to remove a cationic conjugate adhered to nuclear membrane and (c) the step of quantifying the objective nucleic acid contained in the nuclear fraction washed in the step(b).
