Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fractional quantitative and morphic determination method for metal components by emission spectrophotometry, a computer program, and computer-readable storage medium.
SOLUTION: In this method, a sample surface is polished to be finished plane-likely after a sample is collected, the sample is set thereafter onto an emission spectrophotometer, a voltage is impressed between the sample surface and an electrode to generate spark discharge so as to conduct measurement from 1 pulse to several pulses, an obtained emission spectrum is dispersed by a spectroscope, a normal-distribution-like distribution appeared in a low intensity side is made to revert to total amount of the specified components, and a distribution appeared in a high intensity side is made to revert to an acid-insoluble component amount of the specified components, in a pulse intensity distribution figure prepared re-arrayed into a form of a frequency distribution wherein spectral line emission intensity of a specified component is plotted on an abscissa, and wherein an appearance frequency is plotted on an ordinate, based on a data where the spectral line emission intensity of the specified component in every one pulse is converted into a digital signal value, and a solid solution component amount is found based on a difference between the total amount of the specified components and the acid-insoluble component amount thereof.
