Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board processing machine improved in working efficiency without impairing accuracy in processing.
SOLUTION: A pressure foot 132 is provided with a plurality of holes 50 opened on one side to a lower face 123a with an upper plate 31 and connected to a compressed gas source 55 on the other side, and gas with pressure which does not prevent the pressure foot 132 from pressurizing the upper plate 31 and a printed circuit board 30 during working is blown off from the holes 50. A gas blowoff period is set at least to a period when the pressure foot 132 and upper plate 31 are relatively moving in a horizontal direction.
