Abstract:
To provide a method for recovering gold and a method for analyzing gold, which enable reusing an organic solvent and achieving a high gold recovery rate without lowering the recovery rate.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for recovering gold in which gold in an organic solvent containing gold is reduced and recovered therefrom, the method including: a reverse extraction step S1 of bringing an alkali hydroxide into contact with the organic solvent and transferring gold to an aqueous phase to convert gold into gold ions; a separation step S2 of separating an organic phase of the organic solvent and the aqueous phase containing gold ions; a reduction step S3 of adding a reducing agent to the aqueous phase to reduce gold ions; and a recovery step S4 of separating and recovering the reduced gold, wherein the alkali hydroxide is brought into contact with the organic solvent so that the pH of the reverse extraction step S1 is 10 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
