Abstract:
To reduce a trace of water contained in an organic solvent by a treatment as simple as possible.
The method of reducing water contained in the organic solvent is performed by adding water in the organic solvent containing a grace of water, cooling, stirring and after that, leaving standing to phase-separate. The cooling temperature is desirably controlled to ≤10°C.
