To provide a receiving/delivering method of laundry enabling receiving and handing over of the laundry inside a shop selling foods without harming hygiene.

A laundry box having an opening/shutting door capable of sealing an inside is installed in the shop selling foods. A bag capable of sealing and storing items for laundry is given or lent to each customer asking for laundry and guide the customer to put the bag storing the laundry into the laundry box. The bags stored in the laundry box are collected by an agent for transporting to a laundry factory. In the laundry factory, the laundry is taken out of the bags for cleaning, and thereafter the laundry is stored in the bags again, and the agent delivers the bags to each shop from which they are collected. The delivered bag is handed over to each customer asking for laundry by a salesclerk in the shop.
