Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of again regenerating an inert lead compound, which is formed after a reagent Pb3XF5 (X=Cl or Br) for reaction such as Friedel-Crafts reaction, fluorination reaction, or the like, is used in the reaction, to the original reagent to easily repeat reaction and regeneration and reduced in the load to the environment.
SOLUTION: The inert lead compound such as PbClF, PbBrF, or the like, formed from the reaction reagent is reacted with an aqueous solution of an inorganic fluoride such as ammonium fluoride, or the like. The reaction reagent and a reaction compound are put in a container made of Hastelloy C-22 equipped with a stirrer 2 and filter paper 4 made of a polychlorofluorocarbon to perform allylation reaction, and reaction-filtration-washing-drying- regeneration-filtratoin-washing-drying operation is performed to perform the separation of a reaction product and the regeneration of the reagent.
