Abstract:
To provide an agent for regeneration which causes no or little emulsion, and to provide a method for regenerating an oil from a waste oil by using such an agent for regeneration.
The method for recovering an oil being freed of ash comprises the addition of urea to a waste oil, agitation, still standing, then the separation of an oil component. The method for recovering an oil being freed of ash comprises the addition of ammonium nitrate and a chelating agent to an ash-containing waste oil, agitation, still standing and then the separation of the oil component.
