Title:
METHOD OF REINFORCING CONSTRUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10115103
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the waste of putty, and to obviate the leakage of adhesives by a method wherein the head of a fixing member is arranged into the wall thickness of a panel, a plate body, on which putty is placed, is pushed against the heat of the fixing member while directing putty towards the inside, a clearance between the fixing member and the panel is sealed, and the plate body is removed after the infection and curing of adhesives.

A steel plate 5 is arranged on the outside of a pier 1, and the front end of a screw 3 is retained into a hole 2 and the steel plate 5 is supported. When putty 15 is placed on a plate 11, which is made of a polyethylene resin and formed in a discoidal shape and in which a large number of through-holes 13 are bored to a periphery, and pushed against the head of the screw 3, putty 15 enters a clearance formed by the head of the screw 3 and a hole 6 by pushing force, and residual putty 15 is transferred to the peripheral section side. Putty 15 is formed in a filmy shape and protruded to the outside as spherical lumps 16 from the through-holes 13 at a stage when the plate 11 is abutted against the steel plate 5. The inside of the clearance 4 is filled with adhesives, and the plate body 11 is removed after the curing of adhesives. Since a clearance between the steel plate 5 and the screw 3 is sealed with a small quantity of putty 15 in a filmy shape, the waste of putty 15 is prevented, and the leakage of infected adhesives can also be obviated. The removal works of the residual section of putty 15 are also facilitated.
