Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate mold releasing process for taking out a cement construction material while a mold is deformed.
SOLUTION: A mold 11 is turned over upside down and is transferred to a mold releasing position by means of a roller conveyer 36. At this mold releasing position, air lifters 39 on both sides are extended upward and expansion hooks 41 on both sides are inserted into recessed parts 17 for fitting on cavity side walls 14 on both sides of the mold 11. Thereafter, by working mold expansion cylinders 40 on both sides, while the interval between the expamsion hooks 41 on both sides is widened and the side walls 14b of the cavity are extended and deformed, the back face of the mold 11 is pressed and curved from the upper side by means of a press body 44 of a pressing device 42 to make a cement construction material 24 in the mold 11 fall down. The fallen cement construction material 24 is received by means of a receiving conveyer belt 37 and is transferred to a finishing process.
