Abstract:

To enable proper operation to remove ash by a soot blower, to enable excellent removal of ash adhered on the surface of a heat transfer pipe, to prevent the occurrence of rupture by suppressing erosion of the heat transfer pipe, and to provide a method for removing adhered ash at the flue of a boiler for refuse and refuse derived fuel.

A method for removing adhered ash at the flue of a boiler for refuse and fuel manufactured by processing refuse is that to remove ash adhered to a heat transfer pipe 4 at a flue 20 through which exhaust gas from a fuel boiler flows. A nozzle part 21 of a soot blower is disposed at a temperature section 22 of 650-850°C of an area 5 where the heat transfer pipe 4 is installed.
