Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably removing electrolytes for a long period of time by using an ion exchange membrane having sufficient ion exchange performance and durability, which can efficiently remove electrolytes in a fruit juice-containing alcoholic solution by electrodialysis treatment.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for removing inorganic electrolytes and/or organic electrolytes having a molecular weight of 1000 or less contained in a fruit juice-containing alcoholic solution by electrodialysis, wherein the electrodialysis is carried out by using an ion exchange membrane including a copolymer (P) comprising a vinyl alcohol-based polymer component (A), a vinylene-based polymer component (B) and a polymer component (C) having an ionic group as constituent components as a cation exchange membrane and/or an anion exchange membrane.SELECTED DRAWING: None
