Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a situation lively happening at an actual life site to a remote place while observing privacy without increasing a cost and labor for control.
SOLUTION: The state on site is photographed by disposing an all-round camera having all surroundings of 360° as a photographing range on site to collect information, and after converting the photographed live image to abstract information to report a situation lively happening on site in an abstract expression having no apprehension of infringing privacy, the abstracted information is sent to an information addressee registered in advance through a net work, and a receiver at the information addressee who has received the abstracted information converts the situation abstractly expressed to an easily understandable expression form in order to report it to an addressee.
