To permit a user to reserve an accommodation destination which meets his condition after full automatic retrieval only by means of an input through the use of a telephone call by retrieving the accommodation destination which meets the condition and transferring the call to the front desk of the destination when the user inputs the condition such as an accommodation schedule date by means of the telephone call.

The user 1 communicates with the computer 4 of a dial service center 3 in 24-hour unmanned reception by the telephone call 2. The dial service center 3 receives the desired condition (the accommodation schedule date and its charge or the like) from the user 1 in accordance with a voice guidance from the computer 4. The computer 4 stores the situation of unreserved rooms and the charge in a hotel or the like being the accommodation destination in its incorporated database 4a and always updates the contents of the database 4a. When the destination which meets the condition inputted by the user 1 is decided, direct connection to the telephone call 2 of the user 1 is attained and the accommodation destination which meets the condition of the user 1 is secured.
