Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simply and efficiently separate dregs from a liquid food such as soy producing the dregs on the production process of the liquid food.
CONSTITUTION: A silica sol is added to a liquid food, and the supernatant 1b of dregs 1a aggregated and precipitated with the silica sol is separated. The precipitated dregs 1a are transferred to another tank 2, etc., and their masses are broken. The broken dregs are again precipitated.
