To provide a method for quickly shifting a current coordinator falling into the situation that a synchronizing signal is suddenly disabled to broadcast, with the other device as a coordinator in a wireless ad-hoc network environment.

The method for shifting the coordinator includes the steps of: selecting a coordinator who broadcasts a synchronizing signal; selecting at least one alternative coordinator with which said coordinator can be shifted, out of a plurality of devices and setting a priority order; transmitting said priority order to the selected alternative coordinator; and allowing the alternative coordinator, according to the set priority order, to be a new coordinator to broadcast the synchronizing signal when the synchronizing signal is not broadcasted for a predetermined time.
