Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a high-quality sintered ore by which a rotary kiln required to stably operate at high temperature can continue the high temperature operation and at the same time the generation of solid block etc. as the origin of roasted material is suppressed, thereby the high-quality sintered ore can be stably produced in the kiln.

There is provided the method for producing the high-quality sintered ore having a sintering process using the rotary kiln 1. In the method, a double-brick structural range 120 composed of an outer wall side layer 122 excellent in heat insulation property and an inner wall side layer 121 to which the sintered material is hardly disposed, is provided in the rotary kiln 1. The production of the sintered ore is performed by optimizing the construction of the rotary kiln and a heating condition in such a way that the double-brick structural range 120 matches with a high temperature range formed at the operation time.
