Title:
METHOD OF SLOPE STABILIZING CONSTRUCTION IN WHICH DRIP OF HARDENER IS PREVENTED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2754524
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To construct a slope stabilizing structure, in which a hardener is not dripped and flowed out even on a steep slope and which has excellent quality.
CONSTITUTION: Spirally bent spiral stirrup reinforcements 1 are arranged so as to surround the peripheries of a plurality of reinforcements 2 disposed along a slope. Each pitch of the spirals of the spiral stirrup reinforcements 1 is set in 10cm or less. Gauze-shaped forms 3, 3 are erected on both left and right sides of the spiral stirrup reinforcements 1. 8-15 pts.wt. of superfine powder is mixed based on 100 pts.wt. of cement among the forms 3, 3, and kneaded at a water-cement ratio of 28-40%, and a hardener 6 having a slump value of 2-9cm is placed in a cast-in-place manner. The hardener is vibrated by a vibrator and spread all over in the forms 3, 3. The hardener has viscosity and fluidity, and is not dripped and flowed out easily from the forms. The irregularities of the spiral stirrup reinforcements 1 and the gauze-shaped forms 3 prevent the dripping of the viscous hardener. The particles of the hardener are thickened by superfines, thus obviating the permeation of water into a structure.
