PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate metals from resin or the like by separating materials, which are unsuitable and difficult to be crushed, from object main body to be crushed by roughly crushing the object to be crushed by shear crushing, discharging the separat ed materials out of the apparatus, and then finely crushing the resultant object to be crushed by impact crushing.
SOLUTION: An object material V to be crushed is thrown to a throwing chute 4 and sheared and roughly crushed by a cutter 6 of a shear type crusher E and at that time, a matter W such as a motor unsuitable for crushing is separated. Then, the dropped object material V to be crushed is kicked and thrown by a spring out plate 11 installed in an upper part of an impact member S and the matter W unsuitable for crushing is discharged out of the apparatus by opening a discharge gate 13 through an unsuitable matter discharging chute 14 when thrown to an unsuitable matter discharging outlet 12. The remaining object V to be crushed is finely crushed by a hammer 18 of an impact type crusher G between an impact member T and the hammer and after crushed into a desired size, the resultant material drops on a bottom plate 3a of a casing 3 and discharged out of the apparatus through a crushed material discharging chute 3c by a scraper 21.
