Abstract:
To improve a sterilizing effect and to lessen the time for a sterilizing process step.
The surface of an object is moistened by condensing a vapor compound composed of water and hydrogen peroxide in the method for sterilizing an object. The vapor compound arrives at the object to be sterilized without any additional transporting gas. The subsequent drying is caused by the evacuation under the pressure below the boiling point of the water and the hydrogen peroxide.
