To obtain a method for stirring and evaluating a pulverized body capable of deciding simply and high reliably whether or not a stirring state of a pulverized body stirring state containing a fiber is good.

By use of a stirring presser 1 comprising a receiving jig 4 of a stirring matter 6 having a stirring matter filling chamber 3 of a prescribed volume and a pressing jig 7 pressing together the stirring matter 6 by applying a compaction load on the stirring matter 6 filled in the stirring matter filling chamber 3, a plurality of types of sample in which the stirring matter 6 of a pulverized body containing a fiber is pressed together at a predetermined compaction load are formed changing a filling rate of the stirring matter 6 to the stirring matter filling chamber 3. Then, a stretching strength is measured with respect to the respective samples and it is decided whether or not a stirring state is good from a level of the measured stretching strength values and a change rate of the stretching strength with respect to change of the filling rate.
