Title:
METHOD FOR SUPPLYING HEAT IN UTILIZATION OF HEAT OF HYDRATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3276414
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable facilities such as a pump or a compressor to be eliminated and further to enable a working temperature of each of these units to be widely selected by a method wherein a heat source for supplying each of heat absorption part and heat generating part is changed over for each of them and either cold heat or hot heat is supplied at two heat absorption part and heat generating part under utilization of generated heat and absorbed heat accompanied with generation and separation of hydrate generated at each of the heat absorption part and the heat generating part.
CONSTITUTION: A heat source at a heat exchanging part 1a of a tank is changed over from a heat source of high temperature (a temperature T1) to a heat source of low temperature (a temperature T2) and concurrently a heat source at a heat exchanging part 2a of a tank 2 is changed over from its heat source of low temperature (a temperature T2) to a cooling line (a temperature T3+α). As a result, an inside part of a tank 1 shows a methane hydrate generating condition and a pressure within the tank 1 is decreased from P2 to P1. Within the tank 2, the hydrate is decomposed due to a reduction of this pressure. At this time, decomposing heat is removed at the heat exchanging part 2a, so that thermal medium flowing in the cooling line is cooled. Accordingly, it is possible to construct a system having a wide range of increasing temperature or cooling range in response to selection of either hydration stabilizing agent or hydrate decomposing agent.
