Abstract:
To provide a method for correcting the amount of the genome DNA of a chromosome measured, using a probe complementary to genome DNA.
The amount of genome DNA derived from an experiment is corrected, by using the correction tendency value related to a plurality of experimental processes in the measurement of the amount of the genome DNA of the chromosome and the correction factor calculated from the tendency value.
