Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the resident time for information transmission by quickly informing a host layer of release of a deficient credit when the credit is updated after the occurrence of a deficient credit.
SOLUTION: This system is provided with a means that informs of release of a deficient credit if the credit is updated after the occurrence of the deficient credit from a credit deficiency discrimination section 8, a credit deficiency monitor timer processing section 12 that starts a credit deficiency monitor timer when the deficient credit is discriminated, and a link release processing section 13 that releases a resource when the credit deficiency monitor timer expires.
