Abstract:
To provide a method to initiate server-based collaboration on e-mail attachments.
Server-based collaboration is initiated by an e-mail. When a user creates an e-mail message with attachments, a collaboration web site is provisioned. The collaboration web site allows collaboration on attached documents by recipients of the message. The ease of collaboration with e-mail and advantages of the collaboration server are thus both available to the user.
