PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the die-removing process for cement construction material, and prevent cracks and chips from generating by a method wherein while expanding and deforming a cavity side wall by extending an interval between extending hooks on both sides, the bottom surface of a molding die is pressed from the lower end of a pressing device, and the bottom surface of the molding die is bent so that the bottom surface may protrude upward.
SOLUTION: Under a molding die 11, a pressing device 48 which presses and bends the bottom surface of the molding die 11 from the lower end, is arranged. The pressing device 48 is constituted of a plurality of air cylinders 49 being arranged so as to face upward, and pressing elements 50 being respectively attached to the air cylinders. Also, on the top of the molding die 11, a suction device 51 which draws a cement construction material 24 and takes the material 24 out to the upper side from the molding die 11, is arranged. The suction device 51 is constituted in such a manner that a flat vacuum suction pad 53 being connected to an air suction device with a hose 52, is arranged directly above the molding die 11, and the vacuum suction pad 53 is connected to the vertically moving rod 55 of a vertically moving mechanism by a universal joint 54.
