Abstract:
To provide a car body front assembly method suitable for making appropriate gap dimensions among a hood, a fender, and a headlamp.
While the span between hood ridges FR is approximated to spacing in a finished vehicle state for deforming, the fender F is assembled to the hood ridge FR while spacing to the hood H is adjusted. When a front end module 20 is assembled, the front end module 20 is deformed by making the spacing of the mounting point of the front end module 20 coincide with that of the assembly point of the hood ridge FR to be assembled.
