Abstract:
To provide a method for treating cervical cancer or cells infected with human papilloma virus.
Interleukin-20 (IL-20) can be administered alone or in conjunction with radiation or chemotherapeutic agents or surgical excision of the involved cells or lesions. The chemotherapeutic agent is selected from the group consisting of bleomycin, chlorambucil, epirubicin, 5-fluorouracil, ifosfamide, mitomycin, methotrexate, vincristine, cisplatin and vinblastine.
