Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively usably treating misplaced material- containing oils and the like, namely, catalyst-containing residual oils and used lubricating oils.
SOLUTION: The treating method comprising passing the catalyst-containing residual oils under high pressure through atomization main body equipment to atomize the catalyst and taking out the oils as the treated oils and the treatment method comprising adding a neutralizer and the like to the used lubricating oils, passing the same under high pressure through the atomization main body equipment to atomize the metal-components contained in the oils and taking out the oils as the regenerated heavy oils.
