PURPOSE: To prevent the evaporation of a treating liquid and the deterioration of preservability thereof, obtain a stable treating ability and prevent the spilling of the liquid and the leakage of the odor.
CONSTITUTION: A method for treating sensitive material comprising placing an inner bag 3 made of a flexible material and containing a sensitive material treating liquid in a paper-made outer case 2; providing a treating liquid container 1 with an opening and closing valve 9, the valve being kept communicated with the inner bag 3 by connecting a container connecting part 4 provided thereon to a treating tank; and providing a treating device with an opening and closing valve, the valve being kept communicated with the treating tank by connecting the container connecting part of the treating liquid container 1 to a connecting part on the side of the treating tank for replenishing the liquid to the treating tank.
