Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently recovering metallic silver from waste water containing silver and a cyanogen at a low cost, and a method of treating waste water containing silver and a cyanogen that achieves resource saving and environmental protection by reducing waste water discharged to the outside as much as possible.SOLUTION: The method of treating waste water containing silver and a cyanogen is provided that includes a first membrane separation step of separating waste water containing silver and a cyanogen into a first concentrated liquid and a first permeate using a reverse osmosis membrane and an electrolysis step of depositing silver by electrolyzing the first concentrated liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
