Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject device capable of applying a tension to a low- elongation warp yarn wound on a bobbin with a spring means for accumulating spring force by rotation of the bobbin in the delivering direction, applying a suitable tension to the yarn delivered from the bobbin and simultaneously removing loosening.

CONSTITUTION: A flat spring 11 is interposed between a shaft 1 and a spring case 3 and one end of the spring 11 is engageable with a pin 10 of a sleeve 9. The other end is subjected to friction engagement with the inner peripheral wall of the spring case 3. When the spring case 3 is rotated in the delivering direction of a warp yarn 6 relatively to the shaft 1, the flat spring 11 is rolled and tightened to accumulate torque.
