Abstract:
To secure the firm bank winding subject to no-winding deformation at all by feeding coil strand constantly with a specific feeding rate and tension from a nozzle without being affected by the reciprocation of the nozzle feeding the coil strand at all.
Within the title winding method of spark coil wherein while turning and shifting a coil bobbin 8 in axial direction, a nozzle 30 feeding secondary side coil strand 29 is reciprocated in a specific width so as to successively wind up the coil strand 29 while obliquely overlapping one by one layer making a specific angle with the coil bobbin 8, the nozzle 30 is to be recoprocated so as to be in parallel with the specific angle of the bank winding.
