To provide methods of treating brain tumors using combination therapy.SOLUTION: Provided are methods of treating a brain tumor in a patient in need of treatment of the brain tumor, the methods comprising administering a compound described herein and radiation therapy and/or one or more additional therapeutic agents. Also provided is a method for treating a glioma in a patient in need of treatment of the glioma, the method comprising administering to the patient (a) a compound described herein or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and (b) one or more additional therapeutic agents, in amounts effective for treating the glioma.SELECTED DRAWING: None
