PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mica tape that can form an insulating layer having excellent resin impregnability and excellent insulation properties, a method for producing the mica tape, and an insulator prepared with the mica tape, and to provide a flow resistance calculation method, a flow resistance calculation device and a flow resistance calculation program that can accurately determine the flow resistance of a porous body when the porous body is impregnated with a fluid.SOLUTION: A mica tape has a mica layer containing mica, and a backing layer containing backing material.
