To obtain the subject injection capable of reducing development of shock, not requiring dilution, having excellent preservation stability by making the injection include miconazole, a phospholipid and a vegetable oil.
This injection comprises (A) miconazole, (B) a phospholipid being preferably egg yolk lecithin or soybean lecithin and (C) a vegetable oil being preferably a soybean oil, sesame oil or peanut oil at a ratio of preferably 0.1-0.2 g of the component A, 0.1-5 g of the component B and 0.01-3 g of the component C based on 100 ml of the injection. The preparation is preferably obtained by adding the component C to the component A, heating the mixture to 70-80°C to dissolve the component A and dispersing the component C containing the component A by using the component B.
