Abstract:
To provide a microchemistry reactor apparatus for gaseous reaction capable of certainly carrying out an operation on an electrostatic conveying chip.
The microchemistry reactor apparatus for gaseous reaction is provided with an electrode 13 formed on a ceiling 12 of a bubble reaction tank 10 filled with an inert liquid 16; and a controller 15 for applying a voltage to the electrode 13. At least bubble samples 17, 18 of the samples set in the bubble reaction tank 10 are handled by control of the applied voltage to the electrode 13 by the controller 15. The bubble samples 17 and 18 are united to carry out a chemical synthesis.
